The next crop of new developments in Rangeview is well underway, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch this community continue to grow. Alongside some brand new aerial photographs, here is the most recent news on what is coming soon to Rangeview.

After the recent completion of the pedestrian bridge, Rangeview’s Naturalized Wetland is nearly finished. The nearly 24 acres set aside for the wetland and storm pond already houses a thriving ecosystem with Boreal Chorus Frogs, Mallard Ducks, and plenty of other species.
Through future signage and learning opportunities in the adjacent outdoor classroom, all residents will be able to expand their knowledge on the impressive biodiversity in this area. While work continues to be done on some of the pathways, as well as surrounding landscaping, the wetland area will be fully complete between July and August of this year.

Home to multiple garden plots, play areas, and greenhouses, the Central Greenway will be the gardening hub for all of Rangeview. Through its easily accessible location, local food growth will be seamlessly incorporated into the heart of the community.
As this space begins to find its roots, the current community greenhouse will be moved from its current position to a permanent spot within the Greenway this fall, where it will eventually be joined by a secondary greenhouse.
The Greenway is a critical component of Rangeview’s planned 60 acres of open, green space, and we can’t wait for it to finally bloom when work on the project starts later this year.

Just off of the developing naturalized wetland, another key area is starting to bud, as our outdoor classroom is in its final stages of development.
This classroom was envisioned as a space for all members of the community to be able to enrich their understanding of agriculture, gardening, the wetland, and so much more.
Once the landscaping around the area is completed before the end of 2024, residents will be able to take in the space, making Rangeview not just a place to grow your garden, but your knowledge as well.

As Rangeview continues to expand, we are working to ensure the community remains as accessible as possible.
To help with this, two new entrances into the northeast side of the community—one along Heirloom Passage, and the other on Rangeview Gate—will open before the end of this year.
For a visual overview of where these entrances will be, you can view a map of the overall community plan here.
